A Field Guide to Florence
 

The work for this series developed out of a weeklong conversation in Florence with fellow artist, and close friend, Peter Solow. There are 27 small paintings (25" x 25"), and 22 works-on-paper (@ 26" x 20"). The papers were made by the artist at the Rugg Road Paper Mill in Allston, Massachusetts, and at Porridge Papers in Lincoln, Nebraska.

An exhibition of this work, and that of Peter Solow, was held in November of 2025 at Ashawagh Hall, in East Hampton, New York.
